RMC athletic students

RMC Athletics

Whether it is through representing our institutions at competitions across Canada or simply running alone up Fort Henry Hill, sports and physical activity play a pivotal role in the lives of our future leaders. For many, the athletics programs at the Colleges are a Cadets first exposure to facilities, expertise and opportunities that will allow them to achieve and maintain personal fitness. The athletic activities that the students engage in on a nearly daily basis not only improve their physical fitness, but also contribute to developing mental toughness, resiliency,  teamwork, and unit cohesion. All of these skills are beneficial to them once they are commissioned, and with the knowledge, skills and experience they gained from their involvement in RMC athletics, the Officer Cadets that graduate are truly “fit to lead”.
